You know, flooding here is VERY temporary -- like a couple of hours until the water all runs away when it realizes it's not supposed to be here.

And I don't think I've ever had a power outage due to floods. Fire, winds, tornadoes, earthquakes, sure. Floods? No. And I don't think you can have a power outage from a drought, so I think I'm safe.
