*grins* There is that, I s'pose. But to be honest, filk was something that wandered along at the edge of my awareness, mostly getting ignored. It just wasn't that interesting. Until, you know, I started listening to Seanan's music and got slowly pulled deeper in. (It still astonishes me how very many filkers I ended up with on my friends-list, without ever having any real interest in ever going to a con or anything. This was a spur-of-the-moment thing to see if I liked it, to see Seanan in concert, and to see a bunch of friends in the same place. And...yeah. That's one heck of an undertow!)
