Eek. Training process documentation.
For a new process. For a new type of process. For a process my boss thinks (last I checked) we should never do....
But my boss isn't going to be my boss much longer, maybe isn't now, as he technically has a new position, and his boss/my boss/the ex-VP wants it this way, but we'll have a new boss in a month, and....
Gah. What a tangled mess. However, I know this: I think this will be a harder way to train, and I think we must find a way to make it work. I think my process has a substantial chance of working.
However. I have to pitch it to my boss/ex-boss (anything less would be...obnoxious), and then to the trainer (whose time I have to secure for part), and then to the guy who actually asked for it.
And I worry. What if I'm wrong, and it's not enough, and it doesn't work?
Hmf. I'm going to the deli and get lunch.
