Gratitude, Collected
It is Friday the 13th. I am tired. It was not as restful a day as I hoped, though not bad. I therefore respond with the collected gratitudes I posted on Twitter/Facebook from January 1 through today.
01/01: I'm grateful for my two sweet sons, all our health, and the luxury of staying home and warm and cozy with my family
01/02: I missed this day, but two other tweets contain things I was grateful for, so I share those:
Bwahahaha! Drew has said happy new year today, and "Happy Merry!" which he seems to like better.
Drew: "Daddy, that's Orion!" Scott: "Yes, it is." Drew: "Where's his belt?" Scott: "See those three stars there?" Drew: "Oh!" <3
01/03: I'm grateful for friends, gifts of food, technology, and an excellent day care center. And waffles.
01/04: I am grateful for maple sugar candy, nice weather, and household appliances.
01/05: I am grateful for tea, sleep, Scott, online retailers with free shipping and the product I need, and the Internet in general.
01/06: I am grateful for vibrating bouncy chairs (tribble baby sounds and all). Also for good friends, games, and laughter.
01/07: I'm grateful for sleep, visits to look forward to, running water, friends, Scott, and waking to waffles in bed.
01/08: I'm grateful for hot showers, hot food, warm blankets, cold root beer, and lactose-free ice cream. (Mmmm, RB float.)
01/09: I am grateful for sweet toddler moments: Drew, carefully carrying the plate to bring me breakfast in bed.
01/10: I am grateful for happy toddler smiles, for good food, and for all the tools that let us talk to and see relatives far away.
01/11: I am grateful for clean clothes, to-do lists of largely non-critical items, and silly cell phone games.
01/11: I am also grateful for finding the check I had misplaced.
01/12: I'm grateful that my wedding ring fits on my finger again. (I'd better be, it barely cleared the knuckle, it's staying!)
01/13: I am grateful for visits with friends, wonderful conversation, fun games, and a sweet cute baby Ian.

Facebook occasionally gets one that here doesn't, as it's easier to upload from the phone. I'll try to put one up there later today - got a good picture of a sibling hug.
