News blackout.
You know, it's time for another one of my online news blackouts. Because I'm tired, not of the continuing coverage, not of the coverage of new things, but of the fact that it is slowly taking over everything. Okay, goodie, you have news. But at this point it's the first TWO SCREENS listed on my favored news service.
This sucks. I am going to read my comics and my columns, and rely on my radio for news, which is still giving (GASP!) updates, and not the whole damned thing over and over again.
Besides reaching that conclusion, what have I done today? Not much. I bought a new hairbrush (snapped the handle on yet another), and dental gum (running low at work). Hung out online. Talked with people. Roleplayed a bit and had fun. Read the photography magazines my dad gave me - the ones I hadn't yet, anyway. Vaguely debated writing poetry, and failed to do anything about it.
It's a good weekend so far.
