Today went decently.

I got a critical task done, then I got a high-priority last-minute task that shouldn't've had to be done, done.

I left work about 6:15 in the end, and I get to have a weekend, which I was hoping for, planning for, but not 100% sure of.

This is cool. I like it when the periods of extra work are brief. Especially if they stay off my weekend. :) :)
