Okay, this almost lives up to good morning.
As I'd hoped, the cough yesterday afternoon was the first sign of this breaking. I didn't have to get up last night to take more medication, and when I got up this morning, I had only a stuffed head.
And a cough that started once I'd been up for a little bit, but hey. In comparison to yesterday? This is wonderful. Of course, I promptly took another pill to beat those two symptoms down and prevent the headache I felt coming on.
I won't say I'm not a little tired - I slept a touch restlessly, and besides, I haven't been up that long. But I'm feeling ever so much better.
Wish me luck that it holds through the day.
