Give me an estimate, please....

Good morning, and welcome back to another fun day of work. Today, you will attempt to do the impossible: collect and provide date estimates for completion of the outsanding projects work. The question is: can you do it? And the fun answer is, you have no estimate on your second task...oh, alas! It needs to stay second. Now what do you do? You have to estimate a date for it, in order to provide dates for the ones behind....

Hee. Oh, well, I have all day to sort this out. I think I can kludge item 2 in a few days. Doing it right is dependent, of course, upon other people, so no clue when that would happen....
