Some people are nuts.

Got the oil changed in the car today. Driving up 99W from 217, there was a skateboarder in the bike lane at rush hour. Except over the 217 overpass, where he skated on the raised ledge some pedestrians treat as a walkway, but that's just scary to think about, on the south side.

On the other hand, he was going faster than the cars were for a good ways.
