I wrote news files.
I wrote up two news files (one was mine to write; one was really tweaking of someone else's words). I'll post them on the staff-board for others' review tomorrow evening, probably. (I want to reread them after a bit of time has passed to be sure I like them.)
I have one more to do, and the hangouts code, and then it's back to building (unless more things are given to me during meetings). I'm feeling better, now that I've started to make inroads.
And I roleplayed. I roleplayed last night, and I roleplayed tonight. Small scenes, but scenes, fully in character and fun.
And I have characters. I'm reconnecting to my current characters. I have old characters (i.e., dating back to tabletop games in college) waking up and taking on new roles and, I suspect, I'll have entirely new characters once I calm down enough to find them.
Do I have the time? Well. I'll have to ration them, at least as far as who gets their time on the stage. But still. I have characters.
