Omigosh.
I hope this schedule doesn't implode around our ears.
It will, of course.
Get all this stuff done by March, with only 5 resources. We can do it, if nothing else. Nothing. Interrupts.
Alas, interruptions are expected. Someone will get sick. There are projects that need us on-site. Someone else has holy days they need off. I have administrative tasks and assisting others (all but two weeks of this push assumes I'll be doing that half the time, but in my experience it can be way more than that)....
The meeting from heck, and it makes it look like we can do it all.
It only takes a few miracles.
