Generally, I think these situations call for some amount of cursing as well.

Grumph. They split the reporting districts, which split every segment in them. Where once was one, now was two or three.

They left the same id on all of them.

Grrrrr.

On the other hand, our loader has been updated to reject this data, and it was never loaded in a real database, so....
