Work insanities and triumphs.

I worked slightly over 38 hours Tuesday thru Friday (month-end came Monday, but that was a 9-hour day). Oooof. But we did VERY well. I don't have to work tomorrow. And next week is my vacation week and I am going to do heaven-knows-what. I put off Costco shopping this week for next week, since a weekday morning sounds like a lovely time for that. I will probably go to the Gardens and I may drive out to the coast or other places.

I'll spend some of it in yardwork, however. That, I really need to do - because Wednesday on was a loss for that. Wednesday was the gaming group and rain; Thursday and today were working late and general blah-ness when I got home, coupled Thursday with pouring rain. I did get some sorting and shelving done in the library on Thursday, though.

Tomorrow, I think, indoor work and puttering around in the morning and afternoon. I might do front yard stuff, but I think I'm leaving that for maybe Monday. Indoor work includes library stuff! Late afternoonish, I'll get back out in the backyard again. Oof. Then, come back in and have a nice evening of gaming....

Scott wants to see Spirited Away. We're going Monday; he's busy the weekend, and I didn't want to stay up as late today as would be needed for the late showing (the early showing started before we could get there, sans teleporter, by the time I got home and grabbed dinner).

It's going to be a nice week.

Oh, Spirited Away is SO GLORIOUS!!! You will enjoy it. I adored it. It's a wonderful film...there is only one place where I have to say, "Okay, that's the BAD crack, put it down." You'll know it, I think. But it's just wonderful!

Heh. Must agree with lady I do not know. Not too much on the bad crack, but the ...er... never mind. It was fun though, the nevermindness!
