Whee. I can feel myself rejoicing already....

For me, this isn't much of a problem; I'm salaried anyway, so no overtime. For many of my friends, well, it could really suck.

Note that this is Ivins - you're getting politics with your news (or maybe, more accurately, news with your politics).

I am especially astonished by the low end, which is an income at which overtime money is very valuable....

Yep, I've got quite a few friends that probably fall into that category that will be hurting for sure.
