Yes, I am easily, easily made hyper. I am now registered for the poetry workshop. I have the vacation time off.

And now that I have zipped home to take care of that, I am off to do the grocery shopping and go to the library.

Great! I was kinda hoping you would go ahead, 'cause it seems to me that it's the things you didn't do that you regret later more than the ones you did do.

Yup! I think it mostly came down to 'will my boss give me the time?' Even if the workshop is a bust, so what? I have a week off, a seaside trip, and I'll know. I don't think it will be a bust, though - I think it will be fun, even if it's not something I will likely "use" in any sense except to do it - there are worse things! :)

Mine, or that I am reading? The latter is likely; the former is not as likely. It could happen, but I tend not to share my own poetry much - and if I am so very pleased with it that I think it's worth it, I might actually try to publish it. (In all honesty, had I kept working on my poetry all this time and submitting it, I'm fairly sure I would have some that had been published by now.)
