Observation: Wilsonville Road to 65th to Elligsen to I-5? Gorgeous route in the am, especially as early as I've been going in.

I-5 to Elligsen to 65th to Wilsonville Road? Um. STUPID idea, during afternoon rush hour. Because all the people who, in the morning, come the OTHER way down the WR and have to make a right on 65th? Now have to make a left off it. And you get to wait for them. Line from stop sign on 65th (not very many feet from the stop sign on Elligsen, hence, line stretches up Elligsen): about 2/10 of a mile.

Moving.

Very.

Slowly.

Must try various alternate routes for the afternoon. Also, wreck on left shoulder, totally of lane? Still screws with traffic massively.

Bad traffic day. :)

It doesn't improve the traffic any, but that isn't Wilsonville Road up there; it's Stafford Road. From just north of your house. At Boeckman Road.

Information provided by your local friendly pedant....

Roads changing into other roads is annoying. At best. My favorite is that the piece of paved road from Hwy 240 to the gravel road that is Ribbon Ridge Road is now also called Ribbon Ridge Road. No, it is really SpringHill Road --- always was until they redid all the roads ---which bears off to the left where the gravel Ribbon Ridge Road starts. Worse yet, that is now called North Valley Road which came in front the right. SpringHill Road doesn't start until you go several miles up to the crossroads known as Dewey, where the road changes name on a straightaway from North Valley to SpringHill. Ugh.

Huh? Dopp and Calkins have always just crossed each other to the best of my knowledge. What do you know that I don't?

Yup, I think your memory is playing tricks. Julie agrees.
