Observation: Wilsonville Road to 65th to Elligsen to I-5? Gorgeous route in the am, especially as early as I've been going in.
I-5 to Elligsen to 65th to Wilsonville Road? Um. STUPID idea, during afternoon rush hour. Because all the people who, in the morning, come the OTHER way down the WR and have to make a right on 65th? Now have to make a left off it. And you get to wait for them. Line from stop sign on 65th (not very many feet from the stop sign on Elligsen, hence, line stretches up Elligsen): about 2/10 of a mile.
Moving.
Very.
Slowly.
Must try various alternate routes for the afternoon. Also, wreck on left shoulder, totally of lane? Still screws with traffic massively.
Bad traffic day. :)

...of course, Elligsen DOESN'T change road names. Going one direction, the 35 mph speed limit technically doesn't end - even though on the other side, it does start. The first quarter or half mile, almost to that light, is unsigned from one direction but inherits a 35 mph sign from the other. :P

On the other hand, renaming Dopp/Calkins so they didn't turn at right angles where they touched each other was pretty smart, I think.
Bell/North Valley annoys me, principally because they rely on the name change, to change the speed limit too!
