Bizarre spam....

Every so often, I read spam, rather than simply deleting it. Today's gem:

Subject: "FW: not answering emails anymore?"

Included image is a selection of pills (viagra, soma, valium, cialis - what a set!) and a blurb to purchase them online and save up to 80%.

And the text is:
