Mostly. It works almost exactly as I envisioned, too. This is nice. It's only "mostly" because I need to attach the drawer (not my top priority - and I can't get a screw in fully and am going to ask Scott to try) and move a few other things over to it also.

I'm not sure about one thing. As I'm typing this - it shakes. Not much, a tiny bit. Despite everything being put in place and tightened. I'll have Scott go over those too but I think it's just going to do this. If it does, I am not going to want to keep my printer on it, though. That thing could shake the old one which my typing could not.

We'll see, I guess. It's definitely better sized for my purposes.

And man is the computer room trashed. Hopefully I can get some of this under control tonight and tomorrow morning, but - I have the feeling it will feel trashed for a while. It really always have been, it was just bounded by the computers (that didn't fit under the old desk). I can't fit both computers under the new desk, but one I can. (Actually, both will fit fine if I do not want to sit there. I'm still figuring that out.) In practice, the second desktop is almost never used and if I can get it booted up neatly, I may just strip its data off to the primary desktop and then give it to FreeGeek, which will take care of the space issues.
