But I'm not real thrilled with my video card just this moment. I've had it less than two months and it's started making a tick-tink-tick-tink noise, followed by grinding. Probably the fan. So the video card is out of the desktop and I'm using the motherboard graphics for now. I'm not really thrilled about that, but at least it's working.
I am pleased with the service, though. They're going to send me the parts I need, rather than requiring me to ship the card in, and they were very helpful in spite of the fact that I had not bothered to register the card (which is technically required for the warranty; he just had me register it then).
I'm tempted to use my shiny new icon for technology failures, except I really need the graphics card so throwing it in a volcano would not be good. *amused*
