Okay, photos from over the weekend, mostly from the Japanese Gardens but not entirely. They're here. Or go to my Flickr page but there are 11 of them, so more than the first page. Going to the Gardens on Saturday was really gorgeous, but not actually all that peaceful because it is Spring and it was a Nice Day and in the afternoon of a Nice Spring Day, seeking contemplation in the Japanese Gardnes is somewhat futile. They're still gorgeous but they're definitely not quiet or calm. (The enthusiastic toddler was less disturbing than the couple harvesting ideas for their own garden. Since they were talking way more than he was, and at about the same volume.)

Glad I went. Sorry I didn't go earlier or after work one weekday when I could have avoided the crowds, but these things happen.
