1. What did you eat yesterday?

Er, granola bars, stir fry rice with veggies, a turkey dinner with peas and potatoes, and probably several other things I've since forgotten. Nothing exceptional or memorable, at least.

2. Are you more likely to yell or give the silent treatment?

Yell. Of course, neither is productive.

3. Who did you last grieve?

My mother and father, in that order.

4. What feels good today?

Ummm. It's very early in the morning, and various parts of me ache from yesterday's fall, so I'm not sure. Though the fog outside promises to be pretty, does that count?
