At least, I suspect so. Scott and I got our badges and event tickets in the mail today, for GenCon.
We had both requested pick up at will call, NOT having them shipped to us. We have separate accounts. If they mailed to all the will call folks, they will nail some who are traveling, I suspect. If they mailed all the will call and none of the "send by mail" then they have an even bigger problem.
On the plus side, I checked all my tickets and they are correct. Except that one got canceled and I got a refund, and they still sent me the ticket. *amused*
