The library got me Jim Butcher's Captain's Fury. I have read it in one long gulp, reread selected parts already, and suspect I will reread in its entirety before returning. It is very, very good - each book in this series matches or exceeds the one before it. I want the next book right now, please. Of course, "right now" isn't happening on that since Captain's Fury was juuuust released. But I want the next book anyway. Don't try to make me use logic!

Glee, utter glee.

Meanwhile, I got Terri Windling's The Wood Wife to reread, since I found happy postings from when I originally read it. Alas, it appears not to be much of a rereadable book for me, so I set it aside.
