You'd think they'd know better than to do that, considering, especially since the name on that phone number is neither of the names on their accounts. At any rate, I'm still demanding a further explanation from them. I suspect they don't keep enough notes to know where they got it (it wouldn't be in their best interest to do so, would it?) but they are not going to claim it's been on there since 1989.
