Get in today to the tune of P. working on an after-hours call that should belong to someone else. He asked, as soon as I got in, and we handed it off.

Got introduced to the new boss's new boss. She seems nice in person, as well as on the phone. I know we've met before - I recognized her - but I couldn't have put a name to her until now.

Now listening to P. work through a less-important call that really is ours, and wanting my office back as mine alone. ;)

Okay. This is much, much, MUCH better:

1. Person who was refusing to retrofit change, did. We have transfer, and I didn't have to do anything to make it work but tweak an ip, thus proving my end of it was good. (Irrelevant - important thing is that it works, period - but good for my ego.)

2. Command that needs testing, will be tested.

3. New command that hadn't been written, is. One bug found, recompiling with fix now. WIll test. Should be good.

4. Commands table updated from piece-of-crap mishmash we had (my fault, I fear).

5. ip addresses updated.

6. Figured out how to merge the changes being made on one system with those on another so that no changes would be lost.

Okay. I can do this. I can do this.
