At least for the moment; I tend to take things down after a month or two. They're at:

[Link removed; photos down. Sorry!]

In the 2002-02-10 directory. Four from the beach, four from the first lookout, three from the second lookout on Neahkahnie Mountain (which is where I chickened out and turned around, heh). As the comments on the pictures themselves note, the colors aren't what I'd hoped. If I'd been more into picture-taking, I'd've taken more shots, played with color balance, and the like. (And checked the result, which I did for some but not others - but that teeny-tiny screen doesn't accurately reflect what the full-size shot will look like, either.)

But I didn't. So...here's what I got. It's not as nice as what I saw when I was there; but it's something.

One of my friends posted a link to a test. So I clicked on it. And got three popup ads, one of which tried to add itself to my favorites list.

Acccck!

Scened two of my characters: Zulaikh, and Jemmael.

Zulaikh...what can I say? Plot scenes. Cool scenes with people I enjoy roleplaying with, some of whom I'd scened with before today, at least one of whom I think I hadn't yet. I had fun. I had a great deal of fun.

Jemmael had a conversation with an old friend, and learned something new about her, and things were said to set a story (minor, yes, but a story) in motion involving a third character.

I'm having fun more, at least today. This is good. Good weekend. Trip to the coast, and roleplay.

Don't know yet what I'm doing with Scott tomorrow, but I remembered (barely, barely) not to schedule anything else over it. The week will be good, the weekend will involve the pager but so what? There were no calls last time I had it. Hopefully there won't be this time, either.

If I balance my time right, and can get his time, this week will see the training of the other M on pager rotation. After which, the load gets lighter. (That leaves only R, of my team, not able to carry the pager - and he started January 2; that would really be pushing it a lot. *laughs*)

I hope it will be a good week. It's definitely off to a good start.
