I got a letter this weekend that I hadn't made my July mortgage payment and they couldn't reach me at (old phone number), please call them and/or provide new contact information in the enclosed self-addressed stamped envelope.
1) I sent that payment 6/22.
2) No SASE.
3) I gave them my new phone number with the June payment, I thought.
So I called in this morning. FIRST, they had my (true and unchanged) work number on the account already, when I tried to add it. Why bother having it if you never USE it, numbwits? SECOND, they got the check, but applied all of it to principal.
'Scuse me? Of course, it got fixed, but I am not pleased with these twidgets.
