My luggage isn't, but it will be later. (It missed a tight connection, I didn't. Exactly how my luggage missed the connection, and M's luggage, checked at the exact same time, did not, I have no clue. But they'll be delivering it tonight, so.)

They asked for a description of it. I said it was black, and was the sort of thing they advertise as "carryon" that's actually about an inch too large to fit into the overhead bins or otherwise be used as carry-on. The lady behind the counter immediately knew what I meant, and marked the appropriate boxes. This is not in the least surprising, but it does amuse me.

1. What's your favorite piece of clothing that you currently own? Hmmm. Not sure. I've got a red dress that's really nice (and casual, and machine-washable) that I like but rarely wear (it's not workish, and I'm not a big dress person). Honestly, right now, I think it's the blue-green with tan patterned business shirt...that used to be Scott's but got shrunk in the wash somehow. It looks nice on me, and it's extra-special 'cause it was his first.

2. What piece of clothing do you most want to acquire? Er, I'm vaguely tempted to get blousy shirts and skirts now that they're in fashion and hence easily available, but that's a vague temptation, not an "oo, must have!"....

3. What piece of clothing can you not bring yourself to get rid of? Why? Probably none, but there are some I don't - if I had to cut down on bulk for some reason, I think the ones I don't use would go, though. Of those, the shirt and dress in #1, the dress I wore to my senior prom (which I will likely never have cause to use again, but I like and it has memories with it), and a t-shirt my dad got once for me while on a trip (which doesn't completely fit me any more and has a tiny hole in the center of the chest, and would probably get bigger if I wore it, but, I still like it).

4. What piece of clothing do you look your best in? Not entirely sure. I think I look pretty good in what-was-Scott's-shirt, and in the red dress, and also in my grey wool cloak (which I'm rather fond of as well).

5. What has been your biggest fashion accident? Junior high. Among which, I vaguely remember (very vaguely, and I'd like to keep it that way) a pastel pink mini-skirt and a large, heavy, purple (pale purple, I think) sweater. (And, as there are people reading this who might remember that - please don't correct details if they're off. I really don't want to remember them....)

My luggage is here. I mashed by toe with it, slammed my hand into a door hauling it about, and they bent the frame at some point in transit, just enough that the 'pull to roll' does not go up or down easily. Well, I'd been meaning to get a new piece of luggage that could be used as carry-on anyway....

But jeesh!

I'm tired, and annoyed at this now. But I have my Stuff. And the guy who dropped it off has to go on to Salem, so. He has to stay up, I don't! Nyah! :)
