I set the alarm for 7:30, which was less than 8 hours of sleep, but gave me two hours to get up, get ready, scramble around, and yes, veg online.

So far, I'm down to the veg online stage. And I never heard the alarm. My dreams last night were restless - frantically busy - I don't recall being scared but, basically, they probably were nightmares. Too much to do, always running, always scrambling. Gee, I wonder where that came from. </sarcasm>

Anyway, I woke up at about 6:30 and 6:40 and.... About 7:10 I finally gave up and admitted I was awake more than I was asleep, and this was stupid, and got up.

Scott's going to drop me at the airport. He'll have the better car for the week, that way. We really need to do the research and get a new car, trading in the one he drives now, before we really regret it. Oh, yeah, that requires time.

But he'll have the newer car. And I'll have a ride to and from the airport which I also appreciate.

The phone rang this morning, and I tensed up all over, but it was Scott's work. This week has been so bad, I just want to pull the phone cords all out of the wall.... Except I have this stupid cell. :( I want. A life. I want a weekend where there is no work, no calls, no nothing.

Bleh. Bleh, bleh. Well, wish me luck. If the trip goes well, I might get that weekend, next weekend, hanging out with Jenn. Then again, I will have the cell with me, so I might not. But I can hope!

Link and tagline both stolen from [livejournal.com profile] solcita. I'm still giggling.
