It was hot today. Air conditioning, welcome. Scott was off work at noon; he left for his game around 6, I think. He will go from his game to work (he has to show up sometime around 11 or midnight) and come home from there, if he's lucky, around 4 am. The theory was that someone who works 8-5 would magically fall asleep at noon, and sleep through, and get up and go in at 11 fully rested. Of course, no one has regularly scheduled events, and everyone can yank their sleep schedule around like that. (I don't know anyone who can do that on one day's notice!!) So, he has to be to work at the normal time tomorrow, but again is expected in tomorrow night at 1 am (will they let him go again at noon?). I think Friday is back to normal again. This is to have someone to watch reports that run then, but expecting someone to be able to do that casually - and pull a split shift - and turn their sleep schedule - um. Not realistic. Only two days, though, so hopefully sanity will resume by the weekend.

Me? I huddled in the computer room with the AC (which was, thanks to Scott, going when I got home - that was really nice). Roleplayed a lot, read a bit, vegged. Work, before I came home, was pretty good. Got Stuff Done - ahead of schedule, again. Some stuff was not working right for a demo system and I fixed part of it and someone else fixed the rest.
