...or possibly Calkins Lane.

Yesterday, a woman told me in the parking lot at work that one of my brake lights was out. Due to various reasons, I didn't head out in time to take care of it and still get home before I was on call, so I deferred and dealt with it this afternoon. Bought the bulb. The nice guy from the shop came out to help me determine which light it was (as I'd forgotten to ask Scott to look, sigh), and then showed me how to get at the thing for this car (which I hadn't had to do yet).

Determining which light it was did not, in the end, require actually using the brakes. Simply looking at them made it obvious: it was the one whose bulb had fallen out and was sitting at the bottom of the enclosure....

Of course, to change bulbs you pull the socket out. To actually get THAT bulb out, I'm gonna need a screwdriver. I'll worry about that some other time, at least the new one is in....

1. What's your favorite candy?

Maple sugar candy.

2. What's the best scary movie?

I'm not real fond of scary movies, in general. Does Firestarter count as scary?

3. Do you like to be alone at home?

Sure. Alone, with people, whichever.

4. Pumpkin pie: eat it or throw it?

Eat it! Yum.

5. The most distasteful Halloween costume you can think of:

I'd rather not try to think of distasteful Halloween costumes, actually. I'll go with "Barney". I'm sure I could come up with something much more unpleasant, but I'm not going to try.
