I really want to take this Spanish conversation class. I really do.
I need to know if the instructor will be upset, if I have a pager (on vibrate, not beeping at everyone, but it would pull me out!) at every other (maybe every fourth if I'm lucky, but I can't promise that rotation yet) class. The instructor can't be called directly; I have to call her supervisor, and she has to ask.
Her supervisor still hasn't called me back with the answer, even though I spoke to her in person what feels like ages ago (but is probably only 2 weeks). So I called back and spoke to a coworker.
The class wouldn't start till the last week of this month. So there's still time. But it sure feels discouraging.... Well, we'll see. We'll see if today's call produces some useful result.
