Mediamatics DVDExpress, which came with my machine (Windows XP IBM Thinkpad) - and has the IBM Thinkpad logo on it, so, some deal there I'm assuming.

Auto-detects, respects menus (also lets you jump to them or watch the trail-in stuff), etc.

And doesn't crash on me, always a plus. :)
