It's been a day. A fairly long day, really, but good.

Stopped by the bank and deposited Scott's share into our joint checking account (I have auto-deposit, he's still trying to get them to set up a split auto-deposit for him); at the same time, juggled money around so I would have cash, and money behind my checks, for the trip. Stopped by Mailboxes Etc. and mailed the two packages I did have ready (darnit, it should not take me that long to get around to prepping things for shipping!). Spent some time talking out a character concept or two while descing some rooms - my creativity binge for the week, I guess. Did a little puttering around in abuse. Did tons of laundry. Watered the plants (we've turned the sprinklers off until we can figure out how to set them not to run the (unprepared) back area and flood the yard, whee) and pulled some weeds (not as many as I should but oh well, I got the ones I was sure of in the flower beds and along the side where they could trouble our neighbor - the back will wait if it must, they've been whacked down to size, after all). Showered, because otherwise my allergies were really going to nail me. Did the dishes; cleaned the house up a bit otherwise. Read my friends page here, but that's sort of a given. Downloaded images off my digicam so that I would have space on it while at the client site, despite the odds being against my having time to wander about like a tourist.

I still need to pack (I have all the items - I just need to actually fold and place them). Dump my flight plan where people who might want to, can see it. Send off the mortgage payment. Balance checkbooks or, at the very least, note the withdrawals & transfers today. Fold the towels and underwear or, at least, toss them into the laundry basket so they're not on the bed, as otherwise it will be a bit difficult to use it. Clean out the pantry so when the trash goes tomorrow night it will contain the honey creams. (Yes, Jenn, those honey creams. Yes, from that store. No, I have no clue how they evaded being thrown out after this long.... They're scary.)

Not too bad, but still stuff to do, so...off to do it. I have to be up by 5 so I'm hoping to get to sleep by 10 and not be totally beat tomorrow.
