...I had a wonderful time on Tuesday night. The tabletop game is loads of fun. I'm toying with the idea of making up entries for my character, not in journal style - she can't write, and that voice wouldn't suit her anyway - but as a sort of transcription of parts of her meditations. If I do, it would be over in the roleplaying journal I keep (mostly to keep records of my scenes in online games), kyri_rpg.

We'll see. It does require actually writing things up on a regular basis, but that could be a good thing. :)

Today was good. Tonight was good. Of course, I spent most of it reading a book - YAY books! :) Well, re-reading: Oath Of Gold, having reread the other two already.

Like I don't have enough new books to focus on, but I wanted to re-encounter Paks, and it was fun.

Right now, sleep is sounding like a good thing, though....

Am debating reading the Gird book, since mespouse says it's half finished but then she got bored and decided not to write the second book. Hmmf.

*scritches head* What??? The Gird book (Surrender None) is entirely complete and stand alone, as far as I can tell. There's no mitaking that the ending is the ending. Though there is a follow-up of sorts to it, it's not a continuation of his story, but the telling of Luap's; that's Liar's Oath.

Oh he means that Liar's Oath was supposed to go on to a third book but she didn't. (I was confused because we have the gird and the luap books in one volume but I didn't realize that)

...actually, considering how awful I found it compared to the other four, I'd have been fairly happy if it hadn't even gone on one, but that's the cynic side of me. Of the whole series, I loved them all - except that one.
