I wish I'd woken up a half hour earlier or so. There's thin fog, and dew so thick it looks almost frost-like, over the pasture, and the sun coming up through it is brilliant and gorgeous...but I would have liked to have seen the sunrise, as well. I can't look at it without holding my hand up over the sun, since I don't want to look straight at it, but it's lovely when I do so.

When I was in Seattle, I hardly ever saw the sun but was always greeted by magical fog and mist and all I could ever do was smile and enjoy it.
Such a pity such moments are hard to catch and preserve as photographs, but perhaps that's for the best.
