It was so nice to have a weekend, after the very long week that last week became with training and all. I spent time with Scott, I spent time reading, I spent time writing stuff out on paper (with a consequence that I never did get around to writing much here, oops). And I spent a fair bit of time roleplaying, and enjoying it immensely, although I am still convinced that my character's more than slightly insane.
Now another week begins. I got a 3:30 am call on the work phone, which only took a few minutes to answer (not that the answer was very useful, as it boiled down to 'I don't know' and a lot of suggestions on what to try to find out). Stayed up 5-10 after in case he had to call back, then went back to bed. Not sure how long it took me to get back to sleep, but it was too long. Probably until 4, maybe until later than that.
Woke up at 6 with the alarm. It was foggy out in the field. There's still hints of left-over haze from that, but not real fog. I suspect it's gonna be a longish day and I may collapse into bed early tonight. Must do grocery shopping on the way home, and stop at the library also. All of which is to say, I'm not sure I'l be doing much this evening considering how compressed it may be....
