For me, this isn't much of a problem; I'm salaried anyway, so no overtime. For many of my friends, well, it could really suck.

Doesn't affect me either, I'm salaried... for the next year anyway.

Yep, I've got quite a few friends that probably fall into that category that will be hurting for sure.
