At least they cleaned it up. I am doing bills and finances and opened the statements from my bank account. They'd said they would combine my accounts (I have a checking and savings account) into one statement, which is cool by me.

This statement contained the checking, the savings, and the household checking. The first two are in my name only. The last is joint, Scott and myself. They addressed it only to me, and they put it in a combined statement - in fact, the second part (just a few lines) of the joint account info, is on the same page as the entirety of my personal info.

This doesn't matter in the least, practically. Scott can read my finances for all I care, and I do all the household accounting anyway so it all came to the right spot. But I called and made them correct it at once, and I'm disgusted. That's completely wrong. If we were not the happy couple we are, that sort of thing could be very, very unfortunate. An account that's jointly held by two people DOES NOT get put on a statement with one that is held by only one of those people. It DOES NOT get sent to only one of them. IMO.

I don't handle the personal stuffies as often as household, and was starting to wonder where the household stuff WAS - hadn't occurred to me they'd do this. Of course, as proof that my time sense is not useful, this statement goes back to mid-July. Sigh. Balancing, balancing....
