It's pretty this morning....

Just about to shut the computer off and go make my lunch. But it's lovely out. There's a low, thin fog that appears as a band of misty white at the back of the pasture, the trees looming black and dusky grey behind it, and above them a band of salmon-pink and then a dusty gold, rising into a sky I have no name for - that shade you're tempted to call colorless, and yet, it has hints of cyan, of periwinkle...it's anything but colorless, but there's so much of it that in this still-dim light, it becomes the reference for everything else, becomes the 'background' if you will....

I'm tired, a bit, although I went to bed at a reasonable time. On the other hand, I'm up, and I think I'll grow less-tired as the decongestant fully hits. I think I may actually talk to my doctor about those allergy shots she was suggesting, tho' the idea makes me nervous as anything.

We get that sort of low lying mist on the fields sometimes... very nice.

If it helps any, I know a few people who do the allergy-shot route, and it works really well for them. I'm not sure what the nervousness is based on, though, so it may not help.
