The painter finished up yesterday. Well, except for if we call him for any problems, and I do need him to clean off a bit of paint he got on some window-frames, and a tiny spatter of white. But it's a pretty good job.

I still don't like the color. I don't hate it, though. Maybe I'll learn to like it. At any rate, there are a couple photos up over at Buzznet. Sigh.

I know it's not quite the right shade, but (and my parents will get this) I still kind of wonder if we shouldn't have had the upper story done in a pink shade. (For everyone else, no, I'm not serious. It's just an in-joke. *grins*)

But you couldn't just have had it painted in pink. You would have to have found where to get those old-fashioned pink asphalt shingles. :-)

You forgot the white painted gables above the pink stuff. (I guess you could count the white trim, but it's just not the same ;)

Well, that's not quite what I expected. It's an /interesting/ shade of green.

I love your kitchen, BTW. :) I miss my kitchen in Flagstaff, this one is too small. :\
