As of about 1:30 pm today, Scott (
terram) and I are now married. It was a lovely little ceremony with just immediate family in the Clackamas County Courthouse (which is "interesting" to get to, but a nice building). The reception afterward was gorgeous (I can say that, I didn't arrange it, but I did very much enjoy it).
For everyone who's been saying there must be pictures, yes, pictures were taken. However, there will probably not be many (if any) pictures tonight because - unsurprisingly, I hope - not very many were taken with my camera. I may get pictures from Scott's parents and his brother; I know I will get pictures from my father; but at the moment I don't have very many, no idea how those turned out, and none of the ceremony itself or of Scott and I together. Assuming I get a few such decent and the okay to post, I will. (Or if Dad posts his, I'll just link them.)
We are very, very happy, and it went almost-perfectly. (We did get stuck behind someone with a DMV problem when trying to pay the fee at the courthouse. As we were almost a half-hour early, however, this did not cause anything but a few minutes of pity/boredom combined.)
Thank you for everyone who contributed well-wishes, listened to me babble (or whine or fret depending on the day), etc. :)
