Yesterday, there were two main weather reports for today: 3-5 inches of snow to the valley floor, snow fading to rain late afternoon or in the evening. Or, rain.
This is Oregon. It's only December first. It's raining. Surprise, surprise. The site that was giving 3-5 inches of snow predictions as their main headline (winter storm watch! Oooo snow! - I wish), is now saying "snow was seen in the West Hills at 7 am!!" (but it's not sticking, because it's too warm).
Someone there loves snow as much as I do, but is a bit less realistic about the probability, I think. :P
Then again, Yahoo weather says the low tonight will be 35, the high tomorrow will be 40, the low tomorrow night will be 34, and that it's going to snow tomorrow. Um, guys? Possible, I suppose, but it sounds really unlikely. And amusing.
I go to work now. Hopefully it does not suddenly start snowing 3-5 inches (hah!) and trap me there (or, if it does, it melts off in time for the evening commute home).
