1. Are you timely or always late?
Timely; I try very hard not to be late. Early is acceptable, on time is better.
2. Do you wear a watch?
Yes, though at work and at home I take it off and set it aside (it irritates my skin if on for too long, and there are plenty of timepieces about).
3. What is the most important event you have been late for?
My own birth? *grins* I think I was supposed to arrive rather earlier than I did....
In more the spirit of the original question, the job interview that landed me my present job! I wasn't sure how long the drive would take, so I left way early. It didn't take that long, so I stopped in a nearby town and wandered through a store. And locked my keys in the car. And had to call my parents to bring the spare keys. And call the nice folks who would ultimately hire me, and reschedule for later that afternoon after I actually had a car again. (And they still hired me - whew!)
4. What kind of system you have for keeping track of your bills?
Incoming mail gets sorted. Junk gets tossed. Things that need a response (bills, things requiring a thank-you, etc.) go in a basket in the computer room that sits near me as I do other stuff. I try to handle non-bill items quickly, and bill items within a week. When I do pay a bill, I pay the whole stack, as long as it's feasible. (The most likely-to-be-skipped-for-a-while bill is our mortgage. They send the new one VERY close after when we pay, and it's often not due for more than a month at that point.)
5. What is your favorite time of day?
Mmm. Evening, when the sunset is glorious colors and the sky is shaded. Or morning. Or the middle of the day when it's bright, as long as it isn't summer; I can do without the "hot" part.

Yes, you were a tad late being born. Your grandfather kept calling and asking Julie "Why she was still at home." But you delayed your birth until you were born on your grandfather's birthday. Which he would have appreciated if he had still been alive. :-)
