It got up to 87 today. I came home and fired up the air conditioner in the computer room. It's only late April!

But oh, the cold air feels marvelous.

Pity I don't have an icon of some cute fuzzy animal sprawled flat and looking dead out of it. But I don't.

I have some lovely raspberry sun tea in the fridge... I'd say help yourself but it *is* a bit of a drive from your abode to mine.

Thank you! *grins* I'm feeling much better now. I love my AC, and it only had to drop the temp in here a few degrees to make it so much more liveable. (Which is good: I don't love the power bills that accompany my AC.... *wry*)

Hopefully, anyway. Yesterday was about 10 degrees hotter than forecast.... (Though at least, if today does that, it still won't hit 80.)

I suspect that you are cooler than we are because over there it is cloudy. Right? We were quite sunny this morning and the temperature went up to 79. Now we are cloudy and it is back down to 66.

Yes, yes it was. Now it's cloudy, raining, and decently wind-stormy. It's kind of pleasant, after yesterday!
