I asked dormouse_in_tea for a letter on Monday, so of course I don't get around to it until now...I was a little distracted this week with the root canal, though. (With great glee, I report that I am basically feeling okay now. Not quite normal, but then, when have I ever been? (Sometimes, it's better if you just make the joke yourself.)) The letter dormouse_in_tea gave me was "W".

Wings - Echo's Children. This was an easy, easy choice. I love this song, both the magic of it and the impossibility.

Werewolves of London - Warren Zevon. How can I not list the song I first became aware of when a friend told me that he'd used it as the basis for apping a character on a World of Darkness mush? :)

We Built This City - Starship. Because I need more songs on this list, and because I've liked this one since I was a child.

What's Simple Is True - Jewel. I like this song; no better reason than that hearing it tonight (when I was poking through all the W songs) made me smile.

Wooden Horse (Caspar Hauser's Song) - Suzanne Vega. Because it's haunting. Because I like it. Another one I've known and liked for quite a while.

I knew Wooden Horse would make the cut. . . when I think of you, I think of that song (and may I say thank you again, so very much so, for introducing me to her?), which is why I gave you the letter!

Hehe. So I'm Predictable? I was actually debating between that and any of the others - the only two I was sure would make the list were Wings and Werewolves of London - but in the end it seemed appropriate. Guess you know me better than I do, or at least, you took less time to work it out. ;)
