18. What was your favorite toy as a child? My teddy bear (which I still have). My stuffed rabbit and Smurf (so sue me!) were a close second. I enjoyed a number of other things, but those were friends as much as toys in my mind.

Sitting here at the computer, or maybe nearby. I was either checking auctions in World of Warcraft, or I was on the phone. I forget exactly when the phone call was.

I think Saturday morning. Might have been Sunday.

If down payments on cars or houses count, the house, then the Corolla. Otherwise, hmm. Probably buying my old laptop - not the one I use now, but the one before it. I splurged, since I knew work was going to pay for a good chunk of it (I was using it for work also at the time).
4. Is there anything pink within 10 feet of you?
Yes. The warning label on my medicine. A tube that used to be full of bubble solution (which I imagine is dried out by now). A receipt copy from getting my new glasses. Some index cards. A bit of wrapping paper. Etc....

Last Tuesday, when the new cell phone got fixed with a SIM card it actually worked with.

Yes. I didn't take them off between the last quiz and now. :)

I think so. Last I checked, the Corolla was. I doubt the Taurus is.

Define "out of town". I visited my parents this weekend; they're about an hour away. I went to work today; that's in another town from where I live, though it's a 15-minute drive most mornings. A longer trip? I don't even remember....

Er, I don't know? I have friends who care about me. I don't know if that means I'm popular, exactly - I don't seem to have a fan following. I do think it means I'm lucky. I'd rather have friends than fans. (Especially now that the weather has turned bad! *ducks* Er, okay, bad pun.)

Hmmm. I sent BPAL imps to Jenn recently, but I think I paid bills after that. Not 100% sure of the timing there.

Pretty sure I was sitting here vegging on the computer in some fashion, but I don't actually remember. I could have been reading or doing puzzles at the exact instant in question.

Not unless you count a purse or an umbrella, which would be a stretch even for me.

The one that has a branch within 5 minutes of my house, and another branch two blocks from my office, and is open a few hours on Saturday. Really convenient.

The property our house is on - small, but land.

A software engineer, doing what I am. Maybe a more-published poet. Maybe a crafter. I'm not sure. But definitely a software engineer.

I'm not sure. I can make up nice things and I'd probably enjoy them, but I also really enjoy spending a week at home vegging without obligations to do anything else, so...I may just be easy to please.

That said,terram is the obvious one, and he's currently at a friend's house gaming (and may or may not be home tonight, depending on whether the roads are passable or not - it looks just fine outside, but the friend's place is further up and Scott may stay if it's bad out there).

I'm not sure. I used to. Don't know if I still have it. Not anywhere I can find it, at any rate....
