No pictures today, either. It was a good day overall - got stuff done, all that. Most importantly - got a recommendation from a coworker for a place that will scan in slides/negatives. Their definition of hi-res is 2000x3000 or thereabouts, but it's still enough for my purposes. So I've been preparing stuff to take there - they will scan a few for me to see the results, and if I like it, I'll turn them loose on the whole batch. *rueful* This is going to cost. Their rates are good, but there's a lot of photos here. And I'll pay it, because I want these photos, and I know if I tried to do them myself it would take forever, if it got done at all.

I glanced at some of the photos as I sorted them out - there are some real precious memories here. There are photos of me at Disneyland: a trip that I know occurred, but don't remember. And plenty of photos of my parents, and places, and things, and cats. And quite a few things I don't recognize on first glance, as expected.
