I had fun. It was our Amnesia game, run in GURPS. We fought two gryphons, and won - in fact, we took them out without being injured by them. (Exception: one person took 5 points of damage...when their horse dumped them due to its sheer terror of the beasts, and they landed badly. My character also got dumped, but sprained only her dignity. She had quite a few things to say about that, none of them printable. (At the end of the game when quirks were added, as we are doing one per game as we 'discover' our personalities, she got 'swears fit to make a sailor blush'. Go Soldier! The funny thing was, when they first had to name a quirk for her, NO ONE COULD. I looked straight at the GM and said I couldn't believe no one could think of one. He STILL had to say it himself, none of the players remembered!)

Two of our members have been drugged and kidnapped. One is normally paranoid and exercised a little trust, and paid for it. I bet he will be doubly paranoid when (if?) we get him back....

As an aside, we fireballed one gryphon but killed the other with standard (impaling - arrow/winged knife) attacks. Net result: we have an entire gryphon's worth of gryphon feathers. Go us! Go cash flow...if we can find somewhere we can safely sell them.

Also, got treated to really, REALLY tasty candies. The GM brought some over to share with all of us. They are made with fresh raspberries (in the case of these particular ones), coated in chocolate and overnighted (or shipped second-day) to the purchaser. They're only available for a few weeks a year. They are from Bissinger's and I am eyeing their web page with great, great interest. Of course, they're expensive and not really on my diet, so that should probably keep me from getting too greedy, but they were so good.
